I ordered food through the app and was told the order diddnt go through although my card was charged. I was told i needed to pay in store.When trying to use the coupon I used on my online order I was told I can't use it store and 'its not my problem by the cashier' .

Food made for me without gloves or mask. Food was remade for me and the manager wouldn't let me buy it so I gave him the money. It's in the Walmart strip mallParking: No ? respect. Park away from the cart demon.

Absolutely horrific. Subway has always been a treat for me as the rest of the family doesn't like it. Finally convinced them to have it , only to be so disappointed the sandwich literally went in the garbage. The bacon raw and still cold, the chicken chewy ans stringy all at the same time. What an absolute shame.

I often go to the subway in Islandia, NY. There is a gentleman that works there Yatin. He is the nicest, friendliest person ever! I feel like he is always there & always in a happy & cheerful mood. He also makes great sandwiches. Subway is lucky to have such a terrific employee.

In fairness sandwich was fine. No complaints there. But the young lady working here is apparently also a medical doctor bc she asks you to wear a mask despite that not being the local law and despite the sign on the door saying it's only requested / recommended, whatever the wording is ... thank you but I don't take my medical recommendations from subway restaurant, I only go there for mediocre sandwiches when I have no other options. Comply with local and state laws and allow vaccinated patrons to enter without masks.
This subway must be brand new, I have no idea. It's probably the nicest I've ever seen. I recently ordered two trays of subs on two seperate days within a week, and everything went so smoothly. Nick, the manager, was so nice each time I called. I even called to confirm my order for pickup at 12 PM, and he even asked if that time was okay and if I'd need it any sooner. I'm never going to another subway around this area, AGAIN. Nick - I'll be seeing you soon.
