Constantly has problems with getting receipts for purchase of gasoline gas pumps DO NOT GIVE RECEIPTS EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTING THIS PROBLEM HAS EXISTED FOR AROUND A MONTH IN A HALF NOW (TO NO SOLUTION AT ALL IVE BROUGHT TO WORKERS ATTENTION AT LEAST 4 DAYS A WEEK)

This Tim Hortons is in a gas station. This is the first time there and we ordered a ham and swiss on cibata, and a turkey bacon Cesar on toasted cibata. Was really surprised on the size of the sandwiches and the prices. Good size and great price. The only thing was we were asked if we wanted a combo meal or just the sandwich. When we said combo we were told there isn't a combo. We sat there scratching our head as the three workers discussed if they had combo meals. Will definitely go back for the sandwich so much better than Dunkin!!

First had to wait for the employee to stop talking with the gas station attendant for a good 3-4 minutes. Then placed my order for a caramel macchiato. The woman laughed when I asked for skim milk. I then watched her make it and She did not know what she was doing. When I got the drink and took a sip it was So awful I had to throw it out The employee is the same who worked here when it was A Dunkin and she was absolutely horrible then too.

Stop in to get change to put air in my tires. This was one that actually had a working machine with a working connector (tire gauge and valve). I went inside as well and enjoyed a few fresh pastries. The location was clean.
No staff at counter when I got there. Had to call out. Woman came up from the back rubbing her nose, mouth and eyes. I asked her if she would mind washing her hands, which I assume she did while she went to the back. I requested and paid for a medium coffee. She fixed a small then had to check the register to see if I was right.My first experience at Tim Horton’s in Islip Terrace was not great but the coffee is good.
