So happy Bubbas was open today for the Sunday street fair on Main Street in Islip. The food is delicious, we got the classic chicken burritos, brotato, shrimp tacos and the queso sause for the chips. It was so busy, but the staff worked hard and kept everything so clean.

Believe it or not this is supposed to be a land and sea burrito. You use to order a burrito from this place and it was brimming with steak and shrimp… it’s unfortunate that it’s gone so down hill recently.Hoping they get back to what made them such an awesome spot in the first place.

I used to love Bubbas but they have fallen off when it comes to taste and quality. The chips are always stale now, when they used to taste fresh made. The salsa used to taste fresh made and now tastes like it comes out of a cheap jar. The burritos used to be 10 out of 10, now every time I get one I'm just disappointed. Bubbas used to be my go to burrito place for the past ten years, but now I will be looking for a new spot.
