If you go to the drive through at night there's a 75% chance they will leave something out of your order. I ordered five 6-piece nugget bundles and they gave me 2 sauces total. I went inside to ask for more. One employee was going to do the right thing and give me 2 of each sauce like I asked for (they only have like 4 different sauces). It's common courtesy and good business to satisfy your customers after you make a mistake. Before the gentleman could hand me my sauces another employee told him not to give it to me and then proceeded to tell me that I am only entitled to 1 sauce per nugget order and it would be 25 cents for each additional sauce after that. Then when he saw I was irritated he had the audacity to raise his voice and ask me if I had a problem. Really McDonald's? Are you guys doing that badly that you need to be this stingy with the sauce? And why did this one kid choose to act like the sauce comes out of his paycheck instead of just apologizing and giving me 2 sweet and sour 2 bbq 2 ranch which is basically what I asked for but still not even alot? 1 sauce is not enough for 6 nuggets. I would never ever go here except my kids like it for some reason. I'll bring my own damn sauce next time I'm forced to go there to buy their trash food for my kids.

The place is very dirty. Overcrowded with all the students from the nearby school.Their staff consists of one person working the register. The touch screen machine doesn’t work since the card reader isn’t working.Bayshore isn’t what I call a great town either.

The food is good, I only have 1 complaint and that is that the workers are focused on preparing the food and don't look ahead. I went and placed an order to pick up and it lasted about 10 minutes, they passed by but didn't even look at the checkout area ? but they are helpful just a little distractedParking: Very spacious

Angry employees , shove food at you. I paid extra in app for additions to a coffee drink. Still got a plain coffee none of the additional purchases were added .I gave up I just order standard coffee now .They park every drive thru order and the person walking out the food often gives the wrong order.Again very unhappy surly customer service. No hello, no thank you , no your welcome. Just angry open mouth sneers while they shove bags at you.

I'll tell you what. Customer service here is NOT good. I've gotten attitudes from workers here as soon as I pull up to the menu. I tried there Limited Time new Big Mac and they put NO SAUCE on it AT ALL. So whoever made it, made it very lazy....smh I hope this place develops discipline. I always say, if you're not happy with your job, find something that makes you happy...

This place is the worst I went late night, and you can clearly see the workers smoking with their headset not even on when they supposedly close at 1am they make you wait until there is a line of cars behind you, I’m honestly scared of eating here, I feel like all my food is contaminated and I don’t even want to wonder what they do in the back because I even saw the girl touching her phone and then wrapping the food up, with the same gloves, I don’t think the workers know what etiquette is because they just smoke in front of costumers and next time I will just take pictures NEVER GOING BACK HERE AGAIN. Go at your risk.
Don’t go to this place at all by night time you will get old and nasty food that’s just sitting there and even if u ask for fresh food they will take old food(like fries) even chicken and fish, and drop it back in the fryer, this place is so disgusting and the workers are messing around and vaping. I wouldn’t recommend going here unless you would like to catch a disease or get sick

Really weird experience. I work the second shift so by the time I got off the train it was almost midnight. Online it says the drive-through is open until 1 AM, but when you pull up to the drive-through there is an automatic message stating that they are closed. When I asked about it, someone was on the other end giggling, but they allowed me to place an order - kind of like they were doing me a favor by staying open. When I pulled up to the window I saw that it was mostly teenagers and maybe a couple of people in their early 20s. When I asked them about the message they brushed it off saying that “it does that sometimes.” It seems like they were closing up early, but the service was fine so not really a problem, just very strange. A car behind me ordered and by that time it was after midnight so I guess they’re open until 1? Still not sure, tbh.

What can I say it's McDonalds... the drive thru is very fast and efficient. Only issue is prices keep going up. Understandable to a degree. But if this continues, you'll be competing with the big box restaurants for my dinner.
