I asked for no coconut, it is COVERED in coconut and now inedible for me. And instead of refunding the 18$ I paid for it I got 4 back. Go to sayville location. They can follow directions and requests.

At some food service places workers can be so mean but when I say this store has some friendly and well rounded people I mean it! When I went I was constantly given compliments and was treated so nicely! I recommend everyone to come to this store. Everything there is so delicious, what is there to lose??Parking: So many open spots!

This is about my fourth time going into sobo And I slip The same cashier I keep coming in to keep messing up my order when I ask for a Super Bowl and she gives me a small bowl and charges me 24.95 This has been consistent.With the last couple of times I came here. Most likely not go back and if anyone goes there, please make sure to have the lady or gentleman at the counter. Repeat your order back to you. Just so they don't mess it up later.
