Awesome place! Great food and drink plus outstanding service & ambience. The cat theme, and actual cats are a definite plus!

Would give a zero if I could. The drinks were okay the London fog had too much milk in it the Catlady had no lavender taste in it got a salad and it was wayyy too acidic to finish and got the jaguar sandwich which tasted like cat food and kinda spicy I found I hair in it. The cat lounge area doesn’t seem too friendly or inviting. After we left our stomach hurt and we still feel like we are going to be sick. Please be cautious when going places.

Beautiful Cafe with sweet kitties. The treats we had were delicious and the staff were kind and knowledgeable.

Weird place. Half the staff wear masks! Heavily indoctrinated. Judgemental. Had a piece of chocolate cake and it was so incredibly sweet, I had to throw half of it away. Terrible place.

The cafe was packed. There were no cats we could see. The latte I ordered was ok but I really just went to see the kittens. The people behind the counter were nice. I'd go back to have the chance to see more kittens

It’s a cat place first, food place second and coffee place third. It’s a one-size fits all, themed cafe so I couldn’t expect too much from the coffee on offer. It was slightly better than I thought. I got a 7.4/10 cortado and although it was okay, there was no flavour or milkwork to be seen. Come for the cats and not the coffee.

Great lattes, quirky vibe. Had food once and it was okay. I don't love cats but if you did that would be cool.

Love this place! Would've been 5 stars across the board, but the worker today was not as friendly as you would expect. Everyone has an off day, though, so I will definitely be back!Dietary restrictions: There were a few desserts that were gluten free, and tasted amazing!!!

The drinks here are really good but the cats definitely take the show! Worth a visit and a trip to the kitten

This place is an absolute gem!! Everything is cat-themed and personalized. Very homey, eclectic style. Most of the decor/art/products are local. Great coffee, cheap refills if you drink it in-house. Good food -- I had to give the food rating 4 stars because my balsamic dressing wasn't mixed and so all of the vinegar went to the bottom of my salad and made it really hard to eat (made me cough because of the intense flavor at the end). But the staff are SO LOVELY and the cats are PRECIOUS! The prices are comparable to other places. Free wi-fi and they don't play the music (lofi) too loud. Definitely come here for a great time.Vegetarian options: GREAT selections.

What a gem! The mission is wonderful, the atmosphere is a mix of sunny cottage meets your crazy fun aunts house. It’s colorful, mismatched and the tea wall is such a great added touch. I’m a pretty big fan of kitties and coffee, and if you are…you will love this place. Also, staff…you ROCK!The one thing I will say, is the mocha latte was a little bitter…more of a dark chocolate taste. My boyfriend LOVED it, but I do like my mocha on the sweeter side. Wouldn’t stop me from coming back and trying something off of their extensive menu.

I'd been once when they were in the old location, where The Shop used to be. (Used to frequent The Shop lots when I lived in Ithaca -- would have loved if there were cats there at the time.)Their new setup suits them much better. It's easy to get cozy and watch the cat room from part of the dining room even if you don't decide to go in. Their menu is huge-- much bigger, I think, than the last time I was here years ago. Love that items have fun cat-themed names.I got the catnap, which is a chamomile latte with milk and honey. I thought it sounded good, but didn't expect it to be so delicious! So light, just the right amount of sweet, tons of foam. I'd for sure order it again. The decor is homey and cozy. I camped out in a cloth chair for a bit.It was a festival day and I had the misfortune of sitting next to a really obnoxious group of college kids, lol, but that's not the cafe's fault.Definitely recommend if you're in Ithaca!
