We drove an hour to check this truck out, and it was so worth it. The owner is super kind and talented. You can never go wrong with the ‘cook’s choice’. He even made me a vegetarian version! I’ll take a second job to pay for gas if I need to, because I need Circus Truck in my life regularly.

Found this in Ithaca today and tried the chef's choice food plate. Pasta was delicious as was the steak sandwich. Also the roll he uses is so good. Loved it all. Highly recommend for a great lunch stop in Ithaca.

Just got some hot lunch at the Circus Truck ! We asked J. P. to hook us up with whatever he thought was going good today. It was cold outside so we went next door to Ithaca Beverage to pick out a six pack. We got back and while J.P. Finished up we chatted and watched him put together a plate of beautifu pasta with walnut cream sauce and a side sandwich. Wow?. Some of the best food and definitely the best prices in Ithaca! Great place and great service. I wish more of Ithaca was like the Circus Truck?

This place is awesome. Went there for the first time today, didn’t know what to get, the chef hooked me up with a platter. Ate right there off the hood of my car in the parking lot. Truly an experience, just be sure to have some cash on hand as it’s cash only.

I was in Ithaca for a couple days and the foot-long spicy chili dog I had here was the best meal I had (of many meals). Sadly I am now addicted to chili dogs, and have yet to find one that comes close to matching the Circus Truck's. THANKS A LOT, CIRCUS TRUCK!

Hidden gem in Ithaca. Some of the best food in town and it's out of an old truck (don't be put off - quality of food is #1) Pasta with home-maid sauces, burgers that are hand formed when you order (and are freaking HUGE) and if you're lucky on a Wednesday the best steak sandwich you'll have anywhere. (steak sandwich pictured in a standard "dozen wings" to go box for size reference) Also random breakfast and lunch items (menu item has been "Plate of food". Lots of crazy combos with different meats. Only open from 11-2 M-F - parked in the back of Finger Lakes Beverage. No tables, but people often eat on the boulders that line the parking lot. CASH ONLY

This is such a cool spot in Ithaca! We got the vodka sauce pasta and the breakfast burrito. We are vegetarian, so we asked if the burrito could be made with veggies instead of meat, and he made us a custom burrito! It was very yummy!! The pasta was a little cold in places, but we were the first ones there exactly when they opened, so it might be because everything was still starting up! Would definitely still recommend this spot.

First time trying this truck we heard about through rumors. Although it's hard to find a lot of details online it is definitely worth going to. The owner was very positive and chill. We ordered the penne a la vodka and the special pasta of the day. Both were very delicious. Not too heavy and not too much sauce. Both were $8 each but usually they are $10 each. He did not have the usual portion size so he charged a little bit less. We also asked for napkins but he didn't have any so he gave us a towel for us to keep. His hours are weekdays 11AM to 2PM. Support your local Ithaca food truck.
