Service was good, the Philly Cheesesteak sandwich on sourdough I was ordered was just so, so. Not busy at all, when we first arrived there was one other family there and the rest of the time we were there we were the only customers other than a few people picking up takeout
Surprisingly good food. I'd never had friendly's before tonight, and was pleasantly suprised. The vibe kinda reminded me of IHop, but the food was a bit better. I had the tuna supermelt, and if you enjoy tuna, that was a good option. The fries are decent, but not the best. The service is good--they're understaffed at the moment, but the people who were there were very nice and doing their best.

OK I can't love this place more after today. Our waitress was very busy with customers but her smile and patience was a 10 plus. After receiving my order I was having personal food issues . My friends order was great. The cook peered around from the back and noticed I hadn't eaten any food. She immediately came out and said " you can not leave hungry and spoke with the manager who also was concerned and they swapped my lunch and everyone came to make sure I got to eat.
