Rap music was blaring as I entered the shop with my children. The two female employees did not greet us but rather looked annoyed by our presence. We took at a minute to decide what we wanted because it was our first visit (we were staying at the Staybridge) and they rolled their eyes as we ordered. I think the idea of the shop is great, the ice cream and cookies were ok, but maybe time for some new workers. We only visited once during our week long stay because of our first experience.

Terrible customer service, but good cookies.Today a blonde female worker called me and my friend stupid today for absolutely no reason.I asked her what was the flavor of one of the ice creams, and she said "peanut butter". So I politely asked her to have a chocolate one instead. She said, "so, peanut butter?". I repeated that I wanted the chocolate one. But she rolled her eyes and whispered "stupid".I think she was annoyed because she already put in peanut butter on the order. But it's not our fault, because we never asked for peanut butter and I told her multiple times that I wanted the chocolate one.I believe that the staff was absolutely rude and disrespectful, especially when there is no reason to treat us this way. Imagine getting called stupid for ordering a cookie ?While the cookies are great, the customer service creates a terrible experience. Absolutely would not recommend.

Delicious warm baked cookies! The loaded brownies are also amazing!! The two young ladies that were working tonight were very welcoming and sweet! Highly recommend you try some Insomnia Cookies.

I’m always curious to stop by here coz it’s cute store color decoration. I tried it first on an event but it was so so coz it’s cold. This time i got it warm, freshly baked, so it tastes good. Recommended!Dietary restrictions: Vegan gluten

cookies are ok but the customer service is TERRIBLE. I had to wait for a while for the worker to take my order because she was busy talking to her coworker. this white lady with a nose piercing rolled her eyes and was so rude the entire time (taking my order and putting the cookies in the box). she even said “imagine being so impatient. i couldnt even finish my conversation.” EXCUSE ME??? I did not even call for you and was patiently waiting and reading the menu for minutes until you came.* the asian female worker from last week was super sweet… so ig it’s just this specific worker i met today.

cookies and ice cream are amazing but the girl who worked the Wednesday night or closing shift is rude and has terrible customer service skills. gave me a nasty attitude as she was correcting me for mistakenly pronouncing my order wrong. I asked for the spoon for my order and she rolled her eyes after being confused with the unclear instructions she gave on where it is… very outstanding employees insomnia cookies are hiring?

They sent a receipt with my gift! I ordered this as a surprise little birthday treat marking the online order as a gift and writing a personal message to accompany the treat. The receiver sent me a pic thanking me and saying I spent way too much. How horrible and embarrassing
Order never received. They said it was delivered but didn't get delivered. They refunded but refuse to deliver now.
