The cocktails and vibe is quite good, but this place really needs a better DJ; from my one time experience there, the current DJ plays the same boring songs their whole length on repeat!
I don't think it's for me. Went with two friends, stayed for a couple minutes to poke around and then split. There's nothing here you couldn't really get from a crummy basement party, and that does include the wicked loud music. Still, it might be your speed if you like a frat party atmosphere with a bar! Bartenders were nice, this doesn't necessarily reflect on them.

Level B has some lovely interior design. Plush seating, lights that make your clothes look neon, a well-stocked bar, etc. People love to come on Wednesdays because it's fishbowl night, but the fishbowls are way too diluted. Management can also be a bit unfriendly and it's Russian roulette regarding if you're gonna get the brunt of it. Personally I like this place more than Moonies, but I feel like there's so much more that can be done with such a pretty basement venue.
