The rooms are generally good, although I know some whose rooms had problems. The food could also be better. Good location though.

Although the location is good and accessible, the quality of the room is quite the opposite. Before I even say anything, just keep In mind that I reserved a “suite”, or at least it was supposed to be. To start, half of the outlets in my room were broken, making it very difficult to charge my phone. Also, because of how slow the wifi is, I was better off remaining off the WiFi. Mostly remained at 2/3 bars of WiFi, could barely go on Google and look stuff up. Also, when we got to the room, the water in the bath was running, and we couldn’t turn the water off. Thankfully we only stayed in the room for one night, so we didn’t have to worry about that too much. When we pulled out the bed from under the couch because my “suite” only has one bed, it was one of the most uncomfortable beds I’ve ever laid on, and it was one of the worst nights of sleep I’ve ever gotten. It felt like I was laying on nails. My back hurt when I woke up. I genuinely have never felt uncomfortable and my body has never hurt when laying on a bed, but I was in pain when laying on this bed. It was ridiculous. We also had to go down to the staff at the front desk to get pillows for the pullout bed, because of course, they weren’t provided. Not to my surprise, when I was opening the bed, I found a dead bug and had to throw it out. And to top it all off, when I tried watching tv before I went to sleep, the remote next to the tv was broken, so I had to use the remote from the other room next to the other tv. My family of four had to switch remotes for our two TVs every time we wanted to switch the channel. Overall, I had a horrible experience with my stay, and I do not recommend anyone staying here.

This place is so convenient to everrrrything downtown. Restaurants, pubs, shopping. I like the balcony rooms to watch the sunset over town. Rooms are clean and spacious. Staff is friendly. Solid

Location is nice but everything else isn’t. Toilet has water coming back up and leaked. It’s 848AM. Says they have breakfast, but it’s closed. In-room says they have dining till 10AM just use the phone and phone is completely broke and not even plugged in. The fridge and AC are the loudest I’ve ever heard and I stay in 100+ rooms a year. Decor on the bed is too much and not clean. I don’t need decorative pillows that never get washed. Not a single plug works in the room. All of them are old and worn. Curtains riddled with holes and broken so they don’t draw shut. Won’t be back.

Worst hotel in Ithaca. The management is ghetto and the rooms are nasty. They have no respect for their staff and the restaurant food is disgusting. They constantly have homeless locals shooting up in the bathrooms, no security at night and unlocked doors. The assistant general manager MARI RECTOR is a condescending, unprofessional, immature horrible person and should be fired. She also bad mouth guests and makes fun of them as they walk away. Avoid this place at all cost especially the crazy old lady MARI.

Honestly the staff here is amazing, our dog was admitted to the Emergency hospital and we were mentally in such a terrible space. They were so helpful and understanding in handling us. Thank you Andrew!

If I could give zero stars I would. They have no idea what costumer service means. They ripped me off during Covid time, and are refusing to refund my money - they charged over $2,000 for a 2 night stay. They resold my room to other people. Be aware of their scam! Management ignores my emails, voice mails, and do not accept phone calls - for the past 3 years. I will not give up on my refund.

Hotel great locationGreat price ..Had breakfast at the pub , my server her customer service was not good compared to the other server, I waited 10 /15 min for a glass of water and for her to take my order and it wasn’t busy. When I got my food, the eggs was prepared great but the pancakes was not good at all , other than that I will eat my meals at another location.Rooms: Nice and comfyNearby activities: The commons are niceSafety: Felt safe while walkingWalkability: Close to the local shops

We were in town for a concert and to do a little shopping and sight seeing. We picked this hotel because it was pretty close to everything. The room was clean and bug free. The bed was quite comfy and plenty of pillows were provided. It is close to a road so expect some road noise. My only complaint is there isn't a bathroom/changing room in the pool area. A hot tub would be a nice addition tooRooms: Clean. Bug free. Spacious. Warm. Plenty of pillows. Comfy bed.Nearby activities: The commons are a 5 minute walkFood & drinks: It is nice they have a restaurant and a bar in the hotel, but, the menu seemed kinda steep. We went elsewhere to eat
