Several times I've ordered ahead using the mobile app, waited in line for 30-60 minutes and then got told that they aren't fulfilling mobile orders. Maybe put up a sign? I wouldn't stick around and wait an hour if I hadn't already paid.

I’m not from the area, but visited tonight. My son ONLY got out of the car here during our little trip. He had lost his phone while getting out the car. I called and asked if anyone had turned it in and i was told to call back at 4 am because they were in a rush. (This was at midnight) i asked if they could just check right out front by looking out the door and i received attitude. I was told he was the manager then was handed to someone different. They told me they would go check Nd to call right back. I waited 10 minutes then called back and asked for the manager. The first guy before answered and said he was the manager. I told him he already told me he wasnt the manager and asked to speak to the manager. He then told me the manager left. I explained he told me to call back and he ignored me. Set the phone down and continued taking peoples orders. I sat there for 10 minutes being ignored. I called back 2 hours later and my number is either blocked. Or they left the phone on so no one could call. All i wanted to know is if my son dropped his phone right outside of the door.

Every time we come there’s an older male who is very disrespectful. Not just to myself but to a lot of ppl who order. If you don’t know how to be respectful to your customers then you need to find a new job. Awful service every time I go there.

It's McDonald's, it's fast food. Service can be very slow. Value for the price is questionable. Easier many times to go in than to sit in drive thru.
I was there at 8am so they had not been open long. No small cup lids. I ordered a soda and she ga e me a coffee. The floors were filthy, the tables were not clean and my son said someone had puked on the floor in the bathroom leading me to believe they did not clean it the prior night or that morning. No one was even friendly it seemed to inconvenience them that we came inside

There's one older lady in a blue shirt there who is constantly snippy, snide, rude and always has an eye roll or something smart to say makes going here extremely unpleasant. Like I just was trying to ask about the status of my order did that warrant you cutting me off mid sentence and talking to me like I'm a dim-witted child?
It's fast food.. nothing fantastic to say about them.. they aren't fast and they aren't cheap anymore

My husband is leaving this review - very disatistified with the Ithaca NY Elmira Rd McDonald's. Around 745 pm Sunday 3/24, noticing the drive thru was busy and had about 5 cars per lane waiting to order, I went inside hoping to order and receive it faster. There were only 3 people ahead of us on the queue. No one was at the front to take orders, but I ordered on the kiosk with no issues. After waiting 20 minutes, our order number was finally called. When we went to the counter to pick up the order, there were no cups for our drinks. When I asked the manager for 3 small cups, she said she would be with me in a minute. After waiting 3 more minutes, we asked someone else. (Maybe either leave cups for the orders with the bags or when a customer asks for them, you should bring them over right away especially if they have been waiting 20 minutes.) I doubt going inside saved any time. It was probably slower. Also, when we arrived home less than 15 minutes later, the food had to be reheated. This very slow service has occurred twice before: once inside after renovations were recently completed (35 minute wait time) and on drive thru (45 minutes - they took orders 2 on the other line which should have been taken after us). You call yourselves fast food, and ever since it was renovated the wait time is way too long. Something definitely needs to be done to improve your 'service' like a surprise inspection maybe. I won't be returning any time soon and hope others do the same until service improves.
