Pizzas were so badly burned, way past the point of being "rustic". Literally blackened. I tried to eat around the char, but honestly even the portions that were salvageable tasted off. zero stars. (even my teenagers wouldn't eat this pizza and that says a lot)

They have vegan options but don’t know what they are. I ordered a pizza online and vegetarian options were marked, but not vegan options. I wrote in the notes to only use vegan crust. I asked when I got there and the staff member didn’t know if there was vegan crust. Apparently there was also no one she could ask. Eventually she found the ingredients and it was not, and it had already been paid for and made, and couldn’t be fixed because she didn’t know anything about it. Just not very accessible. The staff member was kind. Leave some allergy notes around for her, at least.

Trash, like absolute trash. The large roast beef sub had one slice, the bread was stale and falling apart, easy the worst sub I’ve ever had! The pizza is sloppy and thrown together, all for way more money then it’s worth. They charging a premium price for cafeteria food.

Late night dinner option was prepared beautifully on a thin crust, white mushroom pizza, perfectly done with the cranberry goat cheese, spinach salad that paired superbly together.Thank you to whoever created this meal for me last night as it was probably the best pizza I’ve ever had. Highly recommend!Vegetarian options: White mushroom pizza and goat cheese cranberry salad!

Great pizzas and salads are awesome.Too much garlic in my opinion though, and the salad dressing is very salty (ask on the side).
I ordered a salad for delivery and a seltzer water and the salad was missing ingredients and the water didn’t arrive with the delivery. I called and they said there was nothing they could do regarding refunding me the water and the ingredients that were missing. I emailed from the contact page on their website and no one ever responded. Atrocious customer service — which is pretty clear by the number of 1 star reviews.

I had an issue with an order I got (wrong salad base) and went the next morning to talk to a staff member to realize pronto was actually closed for remodeling. A staff member helping with the remodeling took notice of me and asked what happened and had me go next door to jacks because they’re owned by the same people. There I talked to another nice staff member who went into pronto (while it was closed for the remodeling) and made me a new salad :)Very nice of them!

Smaller than expected, but tasted greatEdit: got their pizza again and it tasted terrible. I wasn't even able to finish one slice. It was sweet for some reason? Dropped review from 4 stars to 3 because the first time I had pizza here was great. Inconsistent quality.

I'm never going back. You have to order online even when eating there, and the experience was painful. Slow and had to re-enter all my cc info even after clicking the Apple Pay option. Then asked for a glass of water but policy is no glasses of water, only plastic bottles. Two guys behind the counter couldn't care less about anything. ? itself was just ok. Luckily Ithaca had many pizza options.
