The drink is good, but the male cashier I met today was not friendly. After I ordered the tea, he just rushed to prepare the tea and ignored my requirement about it. And it turned out that he didn’t listen to my requirements carefully and gave me a wrong one.

OMG I loved this place the tea was delicious and the atmosphere was awesome. I ordered coconut mango milk without jelly and with boba. It was awesome. The milk coconut and mango all were there withoit being too sweet nor too sour. Also there was a great little sitting area and it was fun to be there. Us the cup was solid and I was able to go home and wash it to reuse it as my one cup. ??

Good place to chill out with some great bona. I like the taro milk with brown sugar bobs.
When I think of boba, this is what I’ve dreamed of. I got the strawberry yakult with mango popping bubbles and it was amazing! The straws made it easy to get the bubbles and the cap had a little plug, that you could put over the hole and even a storing place for it. The cup felt high quality. Overall, this is the best boba I’ve had and I’d definitely recommend this place:)

I love u Tea this has been my favorite drink place in Ithaca for about 3 years. I have been a loyal customer, I’ve come probably 60 times. However this past year a member of the staff that they hired is kind of rude and ruins the experience. More specifically this one guy, I don’t know his name but he was working the register around 11:50 Tuesday (in which I over heard him talking about me to another employee bc he was mad I ordered 3 toppings). He has an arrogant attitude and whenever I order with him he rushes me through the orders and continuously says “is that it” or after I name even one drink he rushes and gives me my total when I said I have another drink to order. He also gets an attitude whenever u ask for more than one topping in a drink and complains about it to coworkers for you to hear as he did today. Mind you I have been coming here before he’s ever worked here and have never had an issue with the toppings, none of the other employees has an issue but him. Sometimes he refuses and acts like he can’t make it until I tell him it’s literally never been an issue with any one else making it . He has no customer service skills, u can say thank you or have a good day to him and he says none of that back or atall. Ultimatey you should want the customer to spend more money so if I order two drinks instead of one that shouldn’t be rushed and I shouldn’t be cut off and if I’m ordering 2 or 3 toppings that I’m paying additional for that shouldn’t be an issue. He’s kind of ruining the utea experience he just isn’t a great personality to have at the register he’s rude. I’ve ignored his comments numerous times before but it’s come to a point where he’s making comments every time I order and I would like to get in contact with the manager, because it’s stopped me from coming as often. Was good before covid(?) but quality has gone downhill and prices up. People who take orders are never pleasant to deal with either and often seem like they don't want to be bothered. Honestly there's no saving grace here and after the last few times, might just stop going here.
The cashier person could be slightly more friendly. I understand that the work may be busy but simple greeting to ensure that order is being placed properly would be great considering we are purchasing products from the store.

I got the very banana, and it wasn’t even filled. After asking they still didn’t fill it fully. Once I took a drink i realized it didn’t matter if it was full or not — i didn’t want to drink more of it. It was warm. That is disgusting. Also it didn’t even taste like banana. How do you ruin banana?
