Best NYC Bagels in Jackson Heights hands down! I've been coming here for years. The location could use an upgrade like new tables, chairs and a more updated look, but otherwise it's an amazing bagel house!

Delicious! One of the few old school bagel shops left in the area. Their whitefish spread is on point and the staff are fast and friendly.

I love Bagel House. Food is always fresh and tasty. I don't like to disrespect anyone but his wife is the worst. She always gets my order wrong or she has me repeat the order about 4x. I always check before I leave to make sure its correct. Everyone else seems to get the order right the first time. I don't hold it against her because I really love to support mom and pop stores. They close before 2 so it's pretty much just breakfast and lunch.

Just judging by the outside the place is dirty full of pigeon droppings, which by the way is a health hazard.Once you go in is also dirty, I ended up with food poisoning. So eat there at your own risk !!!Droppings can also spread disease, and exposure to the birds could cause illness, especially in those who are immunocompromised. Pigeons themselves can carry a variety of parasites, such as ticks. If you have a significant pigeon problem, it may be worth contacting a professional who can use the proper tools and techniques to keep the birds away.
