Today I was there, terrible service, poor food, no cutlery, rude, one spoke, they were quiet, 2 guys, one girl, they don't sell or offer additions of anything, terrible service, lack of sense of belonging. Apart from that, bad service, they get the tip... I don't recommend them. That place really lacks waitress classes, they have no experience in selling.

Dropped in here a few weeks ago for some drinks and catching up with my friend that lives nearby. I think I had passed this a bunch of times in my adventures of going to Jackson Heights but never checked it out. One perk automatically, there's a check in special of a complimentary glass of Sangria! I haven't seen a check-in special in you don't know how long. It was really exciting. I went with the red sangria and then later ordered their take on a smoked old fashioned. Both were very potent and delicious. The aroma of the old fashioned was amazing. We also ended up getting a flan desert. Now this is going to sound ridiculous but I normally hate flan and this was really delicious. It had a texture that wasn't too jiggly and just creamy surrounded with beautiful strawberries and layered with caramel. It was almost more like a custard and I'll take custardy flan over jello flan every day. Their menu and brunch menu sounds delicious and would definitely think about coming back to try more.

I’ve been here a few times and can say the service isn’t that great, but today was awful. (3/10 Sunday/2-3pm.) I only saw my waitress 2 times. She took our order & she came after I asked for the bill. My boyfriend and I were eating here and while he used the bathroom I ordered our food. I told her I wanted 2 bandeja tipicia and I guess she only registered 1. Mine comes out right away and I was confused as to why his wasn’t ready. We thought maybe they needed more time. As time goes by, no one checks in on us, so we ask the bus boy (who is the only one doing his job) he seemed confused then we later found out that waitress only noted for 1 plate. I find this really bizarre, if she only thought we wanted 1 plate for 2 people she should’ve confirmed and asked “if it was to share” or “is he not getting anything” but no. So I would’ve never known she only noted for 1 as I asked for 2. Instead she holds up the paper where she noted for 1. She didn’t even apologize, offer a discount or offer a free drink for the inconvenience. At this point I was already done with my plate and my boyfriend still hadn’t ate. We ended up taking his plate to go. At the very end after we submitted payment is when she apologized. Unfortunately, my family and I will not be returning. The waitress who served us didn’t even tell us her name. She kept passing by us and worried about making drinks. As a waitress you’re #1 skill should be multi-tasking tables. Other than this, the food is usually good here.

Lovely restaurant with incredibly nice staff specially Pily, she always checked on our table and made sure we were doing okay. The food was delicious as well. We would be definitely going back to enjoy some tasty food! (:
