Terrible service. Ordered 3 light ice drinks and the girls working there refused to make them for me the way i wanted them and PAID for them and had a nasty attitude. I have been going to the Jackson Heights location for years now and I have always ordered light ice drinks and it has never been a problem….Sucks for this to be one of my favorite bubble tea spots and for service to be like this now.

This establishment may hold the best boba in the whole borough. Perhaps the whole city. I stepped in this place in awe of the 144hz 60fps monitors showcasing each of the delicate beverages. I ended up choosing a recommendation from the fellow barkeep and got a Thai Milk tea on the rocks with extra boba. May i say, this is the best liquid substance I’ve gotten my sweaty hands on. 10/10 sweet goodness. I bought 4 more to drink throughout the day, and let me inform you, I found the meaning of life. All thanks to Cocos Fresh Tea & Juice. My messiah.

"Absolutely loved my experience at Coco Fresh Tea & Juice! The Okinawa tea with lychee jelly was a delightful choice. The 50% sugar level was perfect, striking just the right balance. The drink was refreshing, and the lychee jelly added a delightful twist. The service was quick, and the staff was friendly. Coco has definitely become my favorite spot for a tasty and customized tea treat in my neighborhood!.

i got an Okinawa Black Sugar Latte as a reward after a long week in a diet based on smashed potatoes. The woman who made the tea was so nice, these bubbles were delicious and the sweetness helped me forget the bitterness of life for 30 long minutes!

From the start I loved that there was a kiosk to order at! That way I could see all my options, take my time, and look at photos. The service was super quick and the worker that gave me my drink was very friendly.Overall this is a safe spot for bubble tea. The taro milk tea was what I expected it to be and the boba was chewy--but I am pretty sure it wasn't made in house, (it didn't have a lot of syrup and it wasn't warm.) But I know this is a chain so if you're anywhere in NYC and need a boba fix this is pretty good--but you can also definitely find some place better.

I came here with my little guy to get him a bubble tea for a treat .The young woman who gave it to him , made sure to make it just like I requested. She was very friendly and helpful.! My little guy loved his drink !A day or two later , I went to use my credit card and it was missing. I was really upset and hoped that someone didn't find it and use it .I was going to report is lost but then I thought of the last place I used it and remembered that it was CoCo Fresh Tea & Juice on 82nd Street. Went there to ask them about it . As soon as I mentioned my possibly lost card , they brought out an envelope right way that included my card and gave it to me. I was so thrilled !i have to thank Beatriez (the cashier) Valerie and Haylee so much for what they did They are keepers!I definitely will bring my little guy back here again.
