I ordered a delivery of two hamburgers, a dog, a sandwich, at 7:20 pm, they told me 40 to 45 minutes. I called at 8:20 and the girl who answered almost hit me, super rude when answering the customer, she told me that the delivery had already left and it was already 8:35 I dialed again and the very rude woman left me talking alone. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, THEY DO NOT SOLVE AND LEAVE YOU ON THE LINE WITHOUT SAYING ANYTHING. It's already 8:40 pm and my delivery hasn't arrived. WE WILL NEVER ORDER OR RECOMMEND THE PLACE AGAIN… WHAT A BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. ????????

I usually go to this place with my family, but last time we had a bad experience. They are now charging separately for sodas in the combos because they are no longer included. Additionally, they charged a different amount to my card than what it actually was. It's a complete abuse and dishonest service.

Air gang I saw a 3 bugs in the restaurant so I did not want to eat there and I was waiting for 1h when so I want eat at my house.I got home it not know was going to have ketchup on my burger (I hate ketchup) do I did not eat the burger.
