Dinner on 02/01/2024.I had eaten at Jackson Hole before in 2015 at the (now closed) Bayside location, and ever since then I have always dreamed of returning here to eat their amazing burger again. For me, the one from Jackson Hole is the best in the world: big, tasty, succulent, I love it!! Also absolutely worth trying is the chilli with grated cheddar on top, a delight. And then the environment: this is the real American diner!! If you come to the USA, this is where you absolutely must eat at least once. You are great!!

One of the best and iconic diners in NYC. The food is amazing and the portions are huge. The waitress we had was a bit slow and stingy. We asked for extra napkins because we ordered burgers and sandwiches ( finger food), she literally counted out and gave us 3 napkins. One for each person at the table. Also they normally give you a saucer full of complimentary pickles to enjoy while waiting on your order...she didn't even offer it. One of the bus boys asked us if we would like it.... But besides the service from our waitress....this place is well worth the visit.

I really never had a bad experience here at Jackson hole. My wife and I came here after she got off of flight from LaGuardia airport it's like 3 mi from the airport and the food was awesome. Our service was wonderful. All is well I enjoy it here I'll be back.

The food is never the same as you remember it. I used to come here when I was a child and loving the grilled chicken sandwich. Now, it was bland and dry nothing is like it was in the past. The place is still cash only so save yourself the ATM fee on site and bring some cash.

BEST BURGER EVER!!!!I had heard about this GREAT BURGER place from my son & husband. They ate there a few times while rebuilding the airport. I finally had a chance to go when picking up my daughter at LaGuardia. We now make it a special place to stop on our way home when we she flies home:)Great atmosphere!! Great service!! Watching the guys cook the burgers … such fun & WOW do they move stuff in & out fast.Highly recommend & will definitely be back!!! Go get a burger you won’t be disappointed!! Huge, juicy & the bowl of pickles makes it a perfect fit :)Keep up the great work:) :)
