I've been a frequent visitor to this pizza shop, but my recent experience was extremely disappointing. I ordered 5 slices of pizza and some garlic knots, paid for everything at the register, and even double-checked to ensure they charged me correctly. However, when I got to my car and checked the box, I realized they had only given me 4 slices and the knots. When I went back to rectify the mistake, they denied charging me for the missing slice. They treated me poorly and refused to let me look for my receipt among theirs. Frustrated, I ended up paying again for the missing slice, essentially paying twice for it. To top it off, when I got home, they had given me the wrong slice altogether. Upon checking the menu, I could verify that they had overcharged me for the slice. It's essential to ask for a receipt and double-check your order before leaving. This experience ruined what was supposed to be a family pizza night.

I grew up going here. - so many great memories. I’m vegan now and haven’t been able to get much from here. NOW they have vegan pizza and bruh. IT WAS DELICIOUS!Thank you Alba’s for keeping up with the times ?

The pizza is very good and their Caesar salad is excellent (croutons were delicious!). The delivery service, not so much, our order was 45 minutes late - ordered pizza for a work event and it's embarassing to have my co-workers wait 45 minutes and only have 15 minutes to eat during their 1-hour lunch break. Called the restaurant and the response was "15 minutes!" then 30 minutes passed. Called again, "be there in 10 minutes!" Solid food, but I would opt to dine in or pick it up yourself.

This was my first time eating anything in NYC, and it tasted like my high school pizza. Right out of the heater straight into a oven for 2 minutes, it tasted really old

Need better customer service and the short Hispanic dude does this purposely every time my family comes to order…he “purposely“ forget my child order or family order. And then makes I myself or my family whenever they order a pie or slice of pepperoni an extra 10 mins.this is obscure.Also, Zeppoles are not cooked well at times.

I came in for a late dinner and was after a short time the only guest in the dining room, although the front of the restaurant was pumping with pizza delivery... Needless to say that the service and food quality were way above my expectations....Definitely the best New York pizza I've ever eaten, and well accompanied by quite a decent wine selection.... Looking forward to returning once the renovations are completely finished.
