They did not had space for people, food order was late, although people were kind, not really a great customer experience.

The lounge is big and has plenty of chairs. The drinks were also plenty and were located at different locations.The food choice is very small only a few hot choices and the rest is cold cut of meats and cheeses and soups.But the food quality is good. no fruit.I wanted to use the shower room but the person said it’s not available.It would be nice to be able to use it since I’d prepared.Overall a less than okay experience.

Good lounge with plenty of space and a variety of food. I like the options at the Brooklyn brewery tasting room area and if you want a quieter time or the main area is too crowded, walk around to the other side of the lounge to the Bridge Bar.

If one is traveling Business or First Class, this is a very good place for pre or en route stop in. There's a quiet room, individual work stations, plenty of room to be alone, be with traveling companions or meet parties joining you on your travels.

Great lounge with good food options. The views in the tarmac are great. What I did not like is that you have to go all the way back to the front desk to book the shower, could be solved in a more convenient way!
