they are horrible , i ordered 3 ice creams and they gave me only 1 correct . when i call a man answers the phone and says he didn’t have any more of the ice cream i ordered , instead of calling me and telling me he doesn’t have that ice cream he said she just gave me any ice cream . then proceeds to hang up on me and when i am calling back he decides to take the phone off the hook so he doesn’t hear me calling. he needs to be fired

The man slammed the doors on me and my son ten minutes before they were supposed to close shouting with an attitude we are closed. All I needed was a birthday cake. So much for good customer service, I'll go to Carvel for now on!!!!
