Using a phone for the menu is a pain. Service was terrible, especially for the high prices. They bring your food with no utensils and no napkins. After asking twice, I finally went to the bar for them. Wings went from pretty good to overcooked or old. Would never go back to this place.

If you're craving wings here, walk in. Take a seat. Scan QR code and choose your meal + pay on the phone. The servers will bring out your food as soon as they can. Pretty good for "airport food"

Bartender is a total moron and just took away my beer when I’m not finished. Ordered from app at the bar but they don’t pay attention to app orders so was waiting forever. Wings were awful. Some advice: Don’t sit at end of bar where patrons exit, they’ll bump you and not apologize since it’s an international airport with extremely rude Europeans.

Stuff With Kirby

Got some wings and tater tots. Wings were dry. Food was room temperature warm. It was like eating food that has been sitting on the counter all day. Disappointing all around. The only good thing was there was somewhere to sit.I wouldn’t eat at this location next time I am at this airport.

Nasty, Nasty, Nasty. Cold leftover food still taste leftover when served the next day folks! Burger was fair. Fries Nasty leftover as we're the dried up wings. I should of read the reviews! Future references: Bring Your Own Food!

Was here on 3-27-24 in the afternoon. You better be read to drop some stacks when you come here. We spent almost $70 for 2 beers and 10 boneless wings plus tip. Absolutely insane. Servers were friendly but they also were blasting music from a blue tooth speaker making it unbearable to be there.

Terrible service from these people, but terrible, all the employees hate you as a customer, the order is for an application that is frizzing. Asking for help is bothering them, they sell because they are in an airport

I am sorry I gave this location another visit. It was worse than my first visit. I did a review about that visit. Now... I don't have words of the ... is there a word worse than "bad"? I will never be back, to definitely this location at Gateway Plaza, Brooklyn.
