It would be just another fast food burger joint were it not for the Impossible Burger, which is what I recommend if it is available.

So I order using the mobile app tonight.. Mind you they supposedly close at 10pm but had the the doors locked at 9.. I made a mobile order and paid and can't even get my food.. people were in there cleaning but ignored me when I was knocking on the window

If I could give it no stars I would I had an offer to redeem the cashier saw me doing it cause it said with a dollar minimum purchase so I ordered another item to receive the item I came in for when I ordered it the girl said I only ordered the drink alone when on my app it said I ordered two items. The manager case I told her what happened and she laughed in my face saying oh well so I asked her if she can void it so I can redo the order and she said that's something I got to do like you r***** only you can void it not me once its already received. The laughed well 3 people all laughed at me which was one of the worst customer service I ever received in a fast food restaurant. When I was trying to leave I tripped and my drink spilled and the manager and two other workers ganged up on me and followed me outside cursing me out telling me to clean it up and to never come back. Best advice they ever gave cause I would never return such a rude set of Jamaicans.

We arrived at this place for lunch. we heard about this place from a lot of people. Well, we were not disappointed. The staff members were extremely nice and we felt fantastic. The meal was delicious. We had a great time and we will definitely return to this restaurant. Recommended.

Today I was grabbing an early lunch before traveling to my doctor's appointment. I ordered a double cheeseburger and a value size onion rings. I was asked if I wanted sauce for the onion rings. I was given a packet of "zesty sauce" while still waiting for my food. I got my food. The one slice of cheese on the burger wasn't melted.The onion rings were crispy. But that sauce. I need to purchase it by the bucket. It has horseradish and very hot and spicy. Loved it.

Sucked, came late at night to hopefully get a healthy salad but these people gave me old crispy chicken when I clearly said to drop the chicken fresh like 5 times and they gave me an old chicken, with OLD, HARD bacon! Definitely not coming back to this place, just disgusting.
I have been to this burger king on a few occasions. And it has deteriorated over a period of time. It has become somewhat of a hang out for home less population up there on jamaica Avenue. The atmosphere is not burger king's fault it has to do with a bigger society situation . The food is not bad at all but some times it is a bit of a wait if the young women staff cashiers are not being supervised. But when the manager is there she makes sure that everything is running pretty smooth. So that's a plus if she is there supervising the workers. But a lot of times they are short staffed over there. I believe the less workers a establishment has they don't have to pay their workers the $15.00 hours. But I think the fast food workers are getting the new minimum wage. So with that said burger king is not a bad establishment but this spot needs some work on it .

This restaurant is a Good food place but many many downsides 1. The Restroom is filthy 2. The service will be delayed over rush hours, and many homeless people loitering around this area and not enough employees to fulfill the cleaning of the establishment. 3. Online orders will be off during certain hours. 4. They will confuse your orders. But this place i have been coming for a while and many places here in Jamaica will be surrounded by Homeless people who live in the streets Im homeless myself but i have a shelter to live in to. Thats why i say this is the downfalls of this burger king. Think twice before you order here.

Ordered a meal and they gave me the wrong sandwich and forgot to give me my drink. It was empty so they can't even use being busy and overwhelmed as an excuse. But now I see why it was empty at 6pm, in time for dinner, when you find l figure it'd be at least a little busy

Read some of the reviews before I posted mine as I always like to see what others experiences were with an establishment to make a comparison with mine when necessary. When frequenting a place like this one expectations are typically low. But I was pleasantly surprised. The person who took my order, Mohammed was patient and polite and even walked me through how to pay with Apple Pay as it as my first time. I appreciated his patience as many times fast food workers are short with folks that are slow with the ordering process. He also made a point of asking me to do the survey I thought this was significant because he assessed that it was necessary and looking at the reviews it shows that he even if he is the only one is mindful that the location has to be more accountable for their quality of service. Unfortunately while I promised to fill out the survey somehow I lost it . The food was fresh and I enjoyed my Angry Whopper. Only reason he didn't get 5 stars was because of the lack of ketchup and tissues. Thanks for your exemplary customer service Mohammed.
