Came here with my family for lunch and left extremely disappointed. The service is awful and the food is really bad. We waited for our drinks for about 20 minutes until we specifically asked for them and that’s when they were finally brought out. We waited for our food for about a hour or more. The Ceviche de Camarones was spoiled and it had to be sent back. How are you serving spoiled seafood to your customers? The worst part of this whole experience is that everyone in my family ended up sick. It’s nearly a week later and we are all still sick. We ended up vomiting and with over 102° fever after eating here! Never coming here again!

I love this quaint restaurant located on Jamaica Avenue in Woodhaven Queens. I plan on returning there for another hearty meal of chicken rice and beans!
I am impressed, Cuenca Coffee Shop was actually incredible. Super friendly, great menu items & atmosphere. All the items on the menu are tasty and I'm so content right now. Bonus that their service is so very good, they are so swift and pleasant. Definitely recommend Cuenca Coffee Shop.

Everything was cooked fresh while you waited. The help was nice.I had a flank steak , my fiance had another kind of steak. They were like chuck steaks, where each bite takes you 5 mins. to chew.On top of that they charge you an automatic tip on your bill without publishing anywhere.
