There’s a worker by the name of Patsy i believe. She’s the worst employee there, she can’t hear a thing you say, she has a disgusted face every time, she can’t make any drinks correctly and she just looks like she hates her job. If you hate it then get a better one. I leave the store when i see her at the cash register. Horrible.

So today I accidentally ordered here, tried calling to cancel order but was told manager wasn’t there to cancel it. I asked the lady I was on the phone with if they can make me a new coffee since by the time I get there the ice would have melted. She told me it was fine. I get there and asked the guy if he could make me a new one and explained I had ordered here by mistake. He kept asking why and even told me next time don’t order here. Eventually the lady I was on the phone with made me a new one.

Dunkin at this gas station is very narrow, not much space for 5 customer to stand. At the same counter, separate lotto cashier operating business - very hard to understand weather Dunkin is selling lotto or not. I order a large mango pineapple refresher online and came to pickup. Only one lady server is visible and she seems not prepared to processed my drink. Anyway, the drink was really refreshing .

This is the worst Dunkin store. I went there twice and there was a lady who never listen to customer’s whole order and start moving around. Today I went there around 6 to 6:30 pm and wanted to use my 900 reward points for a free latte but she doesn’t know how to use the register for rewards and charged me for my latte. When I went there to show that she charged me extra and my all reward points were gone, she was being so rude and literally told me don’t come to this store even though I was telling her nicely. She doesn’t even put her name tag on because she knows she will get a lot of complain. Even another customer was telling me she is always like that. It was near my new apartment but I am never gonna go there again.

Seems there were a few employees however only 1 of them working. Hot as hell as it seems the air conditioner wasn't working either. After waiting 5 mins with only 1 person in front of me and the conversation between employee and patron took some time I decided to leave without even being asked if they could help me. Terrible service!!

I did a mobile app order but they were out of what I want. Could I get a refund, of course not. Because the only employee working "didn't pay attention to how to do that" when they showed her and there was no one else there.

I will not go to this place anymore, homeless guys always standing front the door to open the door for tips and I don't feel comfortable about it and store management seems don't care. Not professional, I don't need anyone to open the door for me so I could tip him.
