Staff friendly but the wait it’s just ridiculous to wait in a line for bagel and cream cheese for 30 min it’s just insane. To have one person do coffee and food is ridiculous especially in the airport where it’s super busy

DO NOT BUY BAGELS FROM THEM!!! They don’t even deserve one star. There was a fly baked into the bagel! I went to get a quick bite to eat and as I was about to eat my bagel I observed a FLY IN MY BAGEL! This instantly ruined my appetite. I took it back to Dunkin’ Donuts and told them what I observed, they didn’t even apologize. She was like okay do you want a refund? I’m sorry I just found a fly in my food and I don’t even get a simple I’m sorry. They did not even offer to replace the sandwich. The absolute worst customer service and they have lost a regular customer forever. They need some sort inspection at that place. & a customer service training.

Worst service ever. Provided wrong order. I ordered two avocado toast, they made two toasts out of one avocado dip container. Got the wrong coffee. Totally disappointedStaff is very rude and refuses to correct the order. Please have a better staff and service.

This lady was rude I waited 30 minutes Never even got my food or drink!! Very ghetto!! Machines don't work!!
Visited here to buy a snack, handed over two $5 bills, my purchase came to $6. The cashier didn't give me change until I questioned where my change was. Cashier was adamant that I only gave $6, she finally said she would check the till once it was opened at the next customers purchase. Sure enough, I got my $4 change. I know it's only a very a small amount but wanted to highlight that people should check their change.

Worst experience as always! Notjing changed comparing year to year. I understand the face pace environment especially in the airport but definitely iy is possible to be more polite and be nicer to customers. No communication at all, no thank you, no greeting. I woek for customer service for 12 years so definitely basic service would be greatly appreciated but sorry I think we all spending our money here just to get disrespected.thats all….
