I placed a mobile order and when I arrive the order was not ready. After asking how long it will be the server got upset. They were very rude to the other customer in the place after asking to speak with the manager his name Hasan he mentioned he will get to the order when he can. I don't understand the reason to have the option to placed a mobile order and still had to wait for the order.

The servers and cashiers are all very courteous and respectful while also feeling like close friends. I am always delighted to go in and stay for a while to journal or work on a project because of how peaceful and comfortable it is. My only gripe would be the limited seating space but it's never been packed when I've been there.

Called because there were several small pieces of plastic, looking like pieces of the cup or cover that they use, in the strawberry coolatta. The person answered the phone as if at home. I had to ask if it was Dunkin Donuts. The person sounded unconcerned about my complaint and didn’t even apologize. A person’s digestive tract can become blocked if this is something that is ingested frequently. A situation like this might be why some have illnesses of unknown origin. This drink was bought for the purpose of cooling down the body. I brought it to their attention in good faith, but the person’s attitude is why I had to post (some of them seem to have a chronic attitude problem in that store). I just consider this another reminder of why not to eat out. Smh.Unfortunately, I do not recommend anything that they have to prepare for customers. Imagine someone who doesn’t pay attention to what they’re eating. Smh

Literally 10 minutes ago. Dude serving the coffee with no gloves. Before he makes my coffee I see his finger in the cup with no gloves on. I asked him to change the cup because of that and he’s like “ I had my finger in the cup miss? You’re right” with an attitude. Idk what he did after he changed that cup but the lady on the baskin side sure did with that smirk on her face. Never going back to this location. Unprofessional.

My experience this morning was great. First of all, it was empty. I ordered the bacon, egg and cheese on a croissant. That was SO GOOD! I also ordered a Iced Matcha latte and a regular latte. I've never had Matcha before. I enjoyed it and it wasn't overly sweet. Please Dunkin, don't get rid of that sandwich. I stopped going there bc they would have great breakfast sandwiches and then discontinue them. This one hit the spot!

I ordered hazelnut ice latte told them I need 2 pumps, I guess they didn’t listen to me when I said two pumps they add like 2 bottle syrup in my latte I couldn’t drink it very sweet, had to throw it away, always making ur drinks incorrectly, this it the worst Dunkin, they need to close down or need new management. As to their baskin robins their ice cream is always soft an before u walk out the store all is melted. I would rate zero if they had that option. DO NOT GO HERE AN WASTE UR MONEY.

Today July 5 it’s 11:27 the Dunkin’ Donuts guy with the beard who rings up the orders was very disrespectful to me. He had placed the wrong order an snatched up the food from my hand and gave me back my money. I will never go back their until that man is gone. If that’s what Dunkin’ Donuts is all about, I will never go back there again. Their is a way to do things but that right their, is not it.

Trashiest place I’ve been to. The girl in there made my drink and my husbands drink and it was sooo bad. She didn’t make it with her heart. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Go to the one on rockaway. They’re way better. We payed $24 bucks for the things we got. The two sandwiches were not good either. After getting food and drinks from here we started feeling sick. Definitely not coming back.

This is a question for the manager or supervisor in this place, how is it your parking lot is full but but your store is empty you need to regulate the parking situation...Google I can continue contributing but at the moment I cannot share the picture to show the manager help me out here
