Worst Dunkin I've ever visited. Hours say it opens at 5 but whenever u go they always say " everything not ready" the drinks are not consistent. I lost 2 coupons because the cashier couldn't use them properly and just tells me it didn't go through. And I even think they be selling other foods not in the menu. Not to mention the online order isnt ever available.

Drive to they're not very friendly with customers !Parking: The road in the Drive-Thru are full of potholes, half repaired the Rockaway boulevard, in South Jamaica Queens location is terrible !

They “ran out” of cold brew even though we got here at 8AM.The bathrooms were not clean and had no toilet paper. Something like half of their doughnut flavors were all out.
