Family Kitchen is a waste.Waited an hour and a half for delivery. Delivery address was 2 mins away from them, they won't give a $5.00 discount and think it's ok to have customers wait that long and pay in full. I cancelled the order, then they're telling me telling me it's already cooked, they have no idea how to treat customers especially when they fail to deliver on time. Unfortunate.

I ordered some food the food is amazing but I waited a hour and 15 min for 3 items and every time I call they say someone is going to call me back and this is sad like it's rare that I order Chinese and when I do this happens from here they used to be quick I don't know what happen I hope they fix it cause the food really

DO NOT BUY FOOD HERE, DONT DESERVE TO BE IN BUSINESS. They skimp your food, and very rude. I ask nicely that this not the amount of meat that is given for the price paid. They gonna have the nerve to say lunch special this nd that. When it’s not true it’s a deal. Started screaming at me and saying call the police, off a little thing instead of handling the issue. By refund or adding an amount. Place got a B GRADING AND I SEE EXACTLY WHY. First and last time, I would be going there. And not letting my ppls go there neither.

OVER PRICED AND RACIST. I went here for yrs.a while. We saw them do it to others but didn't pay it mind. They refused me and a few other people their service . They got my order wrong and got mad at me for it. She was on the phone at the time. The rice is like plastic.Smell the BBQ Sauce bottle it smells sour like they dont clean it. The guy has an attitude problem. Their own cooks left because they have nasty attitudes. They never have scallions and they dont clean their oil enough.

Ordered the same meals 2 days apart & got 2 different prices . Kept the receipts for both for proof not only that but I called & made an order at 9:59 pm it’s now 11:15 my husband & I are STILL waiting on our food . I even politely called & the lady ensured me the man was already on his way .. we literally live 7 mins away ?UPDATE : food NEVER came . Will not be ordering from here EVER again ! Black people stop giving these mfs y’all money they don’t appreciate the black dollar no way . We keep there bills payed meanwhile they won’t even provide proper Customer service
