The food is good at sometime but the delivery lady always always DEMAND her tips and if I only give her a small amt she will ask for her and I am only 2 corners away from the restaurant.

I just witnessed a delivery and the for an order and the Chinese woman that deliver demanding a tip of 5 dollars and more and the person refused to give that much and she took the food back . I really think that u guys should indicate that a fee is needed if delivery is made .so I personally think that your service stinks also the food is not even the best .sorry buy its the truth no offense

Don't judge a book by its cover. That's what this restaurant is about it's a hole in a wall type of place, great to just carry out. Their chicken fried is amazing it so authentic the closest I would say to Hilton fried rice from Guyana iyky. We order their food on a weekly basis. Their maybe some local queens uncles by the bar, just let them be lol.

To be clear- Their food is SUPER Good and Tasty :)Whomever their newest phone operator/customer service female is. She is simply NOT QUALIFIED. Why? Clearly she cannot take a verbal order nor notate it correctly!We have ordered from "Friend" for the past 8+ YEARS. Not days- Not months - YEARS. Everything always arrived as we ordered. This newbie took our order which was "Chicken Fried Rice- NO EGGS" "Please on the side pepper sauce" (which is the usual) we know it comes with the order- PLUS we asked for duck sauce (I know it's not typical) (Guess what?? I like duck sauce) I know they have it (remember this is Guyanese- Chinese style food)Anyway so the food arrives- The fried rice had EGGS in it. Like what the heck?!? (btw no duck sauce) I told my husband to let them know the order arrived wrong. (Just so the next time) The NEWBIE who took our order proceeded to LIE and say "ALL chicken fried rice orders automatically comes WITH eggs". I told my husband to let me get on the phone with her- which she then proceeded to put on someone else (clearly) I don't know if it /is/was/ her boss/manager/ however the person - was very personable and sent over another order. However even if I was allergic to eggs we STILL didn't get our main order which was CHICKEN FRIED RICE WITH NO EGGS. We received a PLAIN fried rice with no chicken. The point is- This imbecile didn't take my correct order and then passed the problem to an innocent person. Which STILL wasn't corrected. Friend NEEDS to do better. Hire qualified customer service reps.By the way I clearly understand that most of their revenue is from their liquor license and bar availability. However let's not forget the other end of their revenue which is food- also including their customer service aspect.Ridiculous. Greed sometimes does change customer service.For this the rating will be low.

I ordered a chicken soup that had bock choy in it. I kept bothering me that there were these little black things in the soup and on the bok choy. I thought it was seasonig, but my mind wasn't at ease. I took a paper towel and placed a bok choy and some of the black stuff floating around and it turn out it was bugs from the Bock choy. THEY CLEARLY DID NOT WASH THEIR VEGETABLES. I would not recommend this pace at all!
