I could give one star but I wish well for this restaurant because it seems more cleaner. However, the food is getting worse. Why don’t you invest in better recipes and management (try non a non Chinese person for diversity of opinion to better suit the desires of customers).

On 9/26/23 I place order of pork egg foo young with pork fried rice... Unfortunately theEgg foo young sauce was white with lumps of starch/ flour that did not desolve, I had to finish cooking it when I got home and strain lumps .. the chef should have known better..

The staff (one person) was sweet. She was handling the take-out orders and our table.Food could've been better: pu-pu platter was not exciting; mu-shu pork had a good seared flavor but thin pancakes; & Kung Po 3 delight (chicken, beef, shrimp) was fine (beef was the best).The atmosphere was tough to be in: dirty, unkempt, but nice wall panels.Can't recommend Golden Way but I wish them all the best if they mount a comeback!

The food was okay service was the girl couldn't care less atmosphere needed of upgrade very dark and
I ordered steam chicken with carrots. I received my order with shrimp shells in it. The bad part is I am allergic to shrimp. I called to tell them and they just didn't get what I was talking about. I told them they should clean their pots. They are totally clueless on cross contamination. This place is filthy.

First of all, it’s a shame that so many restaurants don’t know that good customer service is key to being successful. Sadly , this place is no exception.I ordered some light food for my sick friend and yet my delivery driver was extremely rude, demanding further tips on my order via text after I specified a contact-less delivery. No picture/description of my foods location was sent at all either, nor was there a name listed on the order for identification.Overall, a very unpleasant experience. Having someone have the audacity to text me demanding a tip and not tell me where they placed my order at all. Will not be ordering from here EVER again, recommend the same for anyone who doesn’t want a problematic experience.

I’ve done both dine in and take out here recently, the food is good. I’m glad they have Thai options in the menu, as there aren’t many options close by, it does it job at meeting the needs of the cravings. The Chinese food is good too

They're nice enough to own a business, but I really don't like the product. I had some fried chicken that was not worth the chew or Fo Manchu. Maybe they were not trying hard enough to cook good, but they took my good cash, sooo I'm not happy with these fu Manchu prepared meals for to chew. Old Chinese proverb states that you have an obligation to deliver equal quality for equal cash. Or maybe I should order from chopsticks on liberty ave. They understand my proverb recitations. The fried chicken was under cooked but also burnt and incorrectly seasoned and battered. It's like taking frozen fried chicken, throwing some spices on them and then cook them untill they burn outside and raw the rest for you. They suck.

First time purchase 07/08/2022 and I am still eating it but had to review right away. The Thai basil fried rice has no basil!!!!! Or taste for that matter. The pork soup tasted like the pig farm and the sweet and sour chicken is mainly fried batter. Skip this place!!
