I ordered a 3 piece meal i would have preferred white meat but they gave me dark. Anyway the chicken smelled bad. I took one bite and threw the rest out. It was around 11 p.m. they should serve fresh chicken all the time. I don't eat out much i definitely won't be going back to this one.

The worst! Ordered dinner for delivery at 8pm, driver calls at 9pm to tell me KFC told him they were closed and didn't have the food. Then they should have canceled the order if they couldn't fulfill it. Now my family is hungry and more places are closed so we could have ordered elsewhere if they were not going to fulfill the order.

First time at this location. The restaurant just opened when I ordered takeout. Took a couple of $20 fill-up boxes with extra crispy chicken and the restaurant was basically empty with a few dine in customers. Got some good sized chicken pieces in one box, but the other box had some pieces and the chicken nuggets were smaller. It was great for a Christmas day potluck luncheon.

I ordered food via the app and to my surprise the doors were locked and I was instructed to go through the drive-through on foot and had to navigate between cars trying to run me over in order to pick up my food. Needless to say, I did not receive my food that day, because of the overwhelming amount of cars that had skipped me due to their priority in the driving lane. Meanwhile, I stood by.

Ordered spicy chicken sandwich. Have ordered it before so I know how it should be. This time they just slapped on 2 pieces of tenders and called it a sandwich. I will not go back to this KFC. Aside from the low quality food, you also have to deal with drug addicts hanging out in there and standing right next to you as you pay, just to ask for money when you get your change back. Disgusting place. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.

I’ve been to this location more than a handful of times and nearly every single time I’ve ordered something it is very obviously old, not fresh, soaked in oil or dried out from sitting out. Things are often premade and not fresh.
Received raw chicken in my 4 piece and stale chicken in my kitchen bowl. Received a refund with no problem.

Order famous bowl and only put 5 pieces of chicken. Do not recommend. Usual place I go to in Brooklyn at kings highway they put so much chicken. Try once then decided to continue coming or no more business to tha branch. That's my motto.
