PLEASE READ:On 4/4/2024 I went to kfc at this Location and after this experience im totally done w kfc entirely. There are too many places to choose from than to tolerate the disrespect and unprofessional atmosphere here. I spent $34.82 when I got home none of my sides were there only the chicken and four biscuits. Im missing four side. I live 20 min away. I go back and nobody is interested in replacing my order and they were only interested in refunding my money to get me out. This is 11:10pm and im trying to get dinner for my family. Waiting to get my refund I SAW THE MAN IN THE BACK WASHING THE TRAYs THAT THE CHIC ARE COOKED ON WITH A TOILET BRUSH. IT MIGHT BE A NEW BRUSH BUT THE FACT STILL REMAINS. DO YOU USE THAT AT HOME FOR YOUR FAMILY? THE NEXT THING THAT MADE ME MAD IS THEY TOLD ME TO WAIT 7 TO 8 DAYS FOR MY REFUND ON MY CARD... THIS IS A BIG INCONVENIENCE.. WHAT IF THAT WAS MY LAST $40 AND THEY NEVERRRRR OFFERED TO REMAKE MY ORDER. MY TICKET#IS 4924, F569013, CASHIER WAS SADIKA. I asked for a manager or district manager number and they said there wasn't one. Smh.. this location is ran by a majority of one nationalty. They are very uninterested when it come to people of the community that this location is in.. I wash my hands totally from anything involving kfc. Every chance I get I will be sharing my experience. I've lived in this neighborhood all my life. If you don't want to serve the community w the respect we deserve then go.

I saw my coworker buy KFC, and I said to my self I have not had KFC in a very long time. Hmmm dinner tonight. Got of work went to KFC in my neighborhood on Rockaway Blvd near Sutphin Blvd Queens. Staff was very friendly and efficient. The food was horrible no taste what so ever (3pc no sides).Texture was off not crispy just bland and boring.Corporate office take note.Never again.

Useless customer services. They provide me food without utensils. And the drink fruit punch is taste like water.I came back after 10 minutes from my job to tell them about fruit punch . The cashier and the supervisor ignored my complaint without apologizing.I won’t be coming here again . Another of my colleagues had same experience. The corporate management need to solved these issues.

Something needs to be done with the orientation of the drive through. Maybe entry and exit directions reversed, that way the car queue can be from the less busy side of the area.I understand it's new york with less land mass, but a good operational process analysis and improvement can help. It's what I do for a living so maybe that's why it struck a cord with me. The staff and food were good, just the queue getting into the intersection and traffic light is more of a safety incident waiting to happen.
