What a disappointment with this place, I decided to buy a cake while passing through here and everything was fine, the taste and the price, but they gave me a receipt with which I paid $28 and the cashier charged a tip that I did not sign or authorize because my card makes the payment contactless and they have the white machine on the back of the counter. Tip is optional when you do a pick up plus that cake was so small that she didn't even wrote anything. Always ask for the receipt from your card before Living this place. 1st and last time in a place like this.

The cake was old!!I haven't had good strawberry shortcake since MrsMaxwells closed. Over the weekend, I had a taste for a slice and this is the closest bakery. The F train is steps away, so I always managed to walk past, but never make it in. They have cakes, pastries, and coffee, as well as savory food options. The slice looked like exactly what I wanted. Lush white frosting, yellow cake and a strawberry topped with glaze. The slice was smaller than I like, but that's just my greed. When I popped the container open, I noticed some frosting clumped on the side. Not a soft smear, but like a dried little block stuck on the plastic. If you know cake, you know that's been sitting for a bit. Still I proceeded. I sunk my fork into the cake, and it was hard. Not like a rock, but definitely not moist or soft. Still...I went on. I put the forkful in my mouth and had it been fresh, it would be good cake. But alas twas old!Maybe it was the last day on the FIFO? I don't know, but somehow, I got a bad piece of cake. I'm not discounting the establishment, but I'm going to be really careful should I try with them again. Maybe I'll start with a cup of coffee and see how that goes

Normally I do not write reviews however today this store really deserves I would love to be a good review but that is not the case I bought for take out (empanadas and chorizo and some bread) the food was terrible the arepa that comes with the chorizo was so hard I couldn’t even bite as well as the empanadas. I couldn’t take back and complain because I was far from the restaurant and unfortunately this is not the first time that has happened to me & costumer service is terrible.

Great bakery with nice food depending on the meal, and great appetizers. I’m giving 3/5 stars because the price varies depending on who’s serving you, which is absurd and I don’t know why it is the case. That needs to be changed and consistent.

Great cakes, plus good customer service. I ordered a piece of cherry chesse cake for my wife. I had piece of cherry chocolate mouse cake ,which was moist and rich. The location is not that big but has seating area to eat at .I think I found a new latin Bakery, and it is columbian as well.

I have passed this spot numerous times up on person blvd right near the F train . Its not a big bakery at all ,but it pack's a big punch.I ordered 2 pieces of cake, one was a strawberry chocolate cake, and the other one was a cherry chesse cake for my wife. Both pieces of cake was nice a moist, an rich at the same time. I have to admit this was some of the best cake I have had from a bakery, and I have been to many of the top bakeries in queens. I think I found me a new bakery, and it happens to be colombian bakery Slash restaurant. The prices were decent about $6.00 a slice, with good customer service, and relax atmosphere.
