First & hopefully last hot chicken Caesar sandwich. No idea why it was heated to cause the dressing to run out of sandwich & lettuce to wilt, but after 15 min wait & watching only 1of 4 workers make food with a flight to catch o was out of options. Almost $20, long wait for total disappointment.

I was at this location’s kiosk in Terminal 4 near gate B37, punching in my order of an apple and a banana when an employee asks me in a yelling manner: “Miss what are you trying to do?”… uhh I’m making a phone call (/s) what do you think I’m doing? ?

This place is bottom tier. Overpriced $16 grilled cheese and the worst customer experience. The young lady at the cashier was too concerned about texting in WhatsApp, threw the receipt at people, and was generally low effort. You can do a lot better for food at JFK at a bother place. Avoid!

I should've listened to the reviews but I wanted to give this a chance because the line was short. The short lady at the cashier is rude to everyone. Also, I only asked if they accept meal vouchers. She ignored me but one of the customers assisted me that they accept it. So the worker finally helped me, she was on the phone making a personal call. And making weird facial expressions that annoyed her. Nothing against the staff this is based on what I experienced today. Hope the management can improve this issue. I understood she was having a bad day but at least she's getting paid there versus the customers who just want to buy a drink and got a 6-7 hours flight delayed. We have worse. Oh and it is overpriced I only got 2 drinks with my meal voucher

Waitress was INCREDIBLE rude and didn't even want to listen to my order. While I was ordering they laughed at me since my English isn't very good. I DEFINITELY do NOT recommend this place.

I’d give it minus 5 stars if I could.For a super expensive low quality food you would expect at least some decent service. But the ladies have so low energy that they can barely walk. They work in slow motion. C’mon young ladies, I’m sure you can do
Don't count on thus outpost. Get something earlier or just do the self serve before the escalator down a few more steps along. I didn't look carefully enough before approaching the self serve and ordering. Boxes of inventory on the food counters, all the visitors side things messy (napkins soaked, out of forks, trash around). Cashier was absent, kitchen staff trying but not their role, etc. Food mediocre and not worth the money, even at an NYC airport. There are plenty of places to eat before you hit this outpost, and other options around. Give them a try.
