We only had a drink here. It was a nice refuge in this huge airport as long as you expect inexpensive. Sure beats sitting at the gate.

Food is beyond awful - stale, soggy bread and chips that are about as French as a kangaroo . Service wasn't up to much, some bored Indian guy shouting at someone down the phone. Beer had crumbs in it. Then to make matters worse they start playing french music at full volume. No one wants to hear french while they're eating.

I wish I had seen Google reviews before eating here. The Croque Monsieur was just a ham and cheese sandwich barely toasted. I ate because I was so hungry. Chips were oily. Not coming back.

We have just returned from JFK and sat at the bar waiting to be served whilst our 17 year old son went to see if he could get something to eat elsewhere as the Batman was busy shouting at customers saying ‘no more food’, he even snatched a menus from a man’s hand who was waiting to order. When we were eventually served, we ordered a bottle of wine, a gin and tonic and a Diet Coke for our son who was on his way back. We were looking for a table as we knew that he wouldn’t be allowed to sit at the bar as he was underage. The coke was literally thrown at us and he pointed at my son and two daughters (who are both over 21) and said ‘they can’t sit at the bar, find a table’! When I pointed out that there were any free tables, he said ‘no table, no drink’ and threw my sons drink into the bin. I have never witnessed such despicable service in my lifetime. My son was made to feel like a complete outcast and immediately apologised to me, when he’d sone nothing wrong. If I could find a website for this bar I would complain to customer services about this dreadful man’s behaviour towards us. On the plus side, we went a few doors down to The Palm where we enjoyed better service and spent lots of money. DO NOT VISIT THIS AWFUL, AWFUL BAR, THE SERVER SHOULD BE ASHAMED.

The lovely man working there got slammed. He was on his own and with so many people waiting it was so hard on him. I think it was abusive of the management to do that to him, there needs to be more staff! The was one person clearing tables and one person preparing food. He was on his own! I was there for a while and so I could see how hard he was working....

Do not get the avocado toast! The toast was cold and tasted stale and the avocado tasted pre-made. It came with a single slice of tomato and a very small portion of berries. Overall tasted nasty. Very expensive of the quality.

Food is from the CamdenFoodCo right across the hall from Le Grand Comptoir, stale tortilla chips, very basic sandwiches, not very good. This used to be a sightly higher end alternative pre-covid but now it's a place to sit and be charged a lot of money for lousy food. Drinks are more or less ok.

Quite frankly the worst service I’ve ever received. After 10 minutes of sitting down and not being acknowledged we gave up and tried for service stood at the bar. What followed was 20 minutes of watching the lone bartender wonder round the bar at what can only be described as a snails pace. In this time I watched him make a mere 6 drinks, 5 of which were a simple glass of wine - remarkable. We even employed a tag team approach and split off to separate sides of the bar to attempt to double our chances of a pint. After receiving service that consisted of a general glance in our direction, we gave up and got a pint at the next bar.
