Hash brown lukewarm and no napkins. They gave paper towels from employee sink that states EMPLOYEES MUST WASH HANDS.... No napkins at a McDonald's, SMH...

It was definitely a very bad service experience, the staff put all the beverages on the table without any explanation. His face is very unhappy, maybe he doesn’t like his job...
Does not even deserve one star worst customer service. Asked for an apple pie and she said they don't sell that. I was still concerned and sent my husband and guess what magic happened and out of nowhere there's apple pies. Plus they act like we should feel sorry for them.. Tring to act.like they don't understand you..

This is definitely the worst McDonald's I've ever tasted. We had an early flight and waited in line before 5am to get breakfast. The McDonald's didn't open on time, but instead opened half an hour late at 5:30am. They didn't have any chicken biscuits so we got hash browns and 4 sausage biscuits instead. Everything was undercooked and even though we were ravenous, we struggled to eat one biscuit each and threw the rest away. It seemed like the crew didn't get started on time and cooked everything 5-10 minutes less than the recommended prep time - pretty gross. Not only that, but the ladies in the back seemed to be carrying on conversation and not working, so much so that the cashier kept looking back there as if to make sure they were at least doing something. The only positive was the cashier was nice.
