I went to buy and they charged me but the receipt and order number didn't come out so no one was there to help me and the girls without a receipt don't want to give us even though I showed them that they charged me on my card and I gave them my money

Terrible experience at this location majority of teenaged staff have no training they are disgusting. The manager speaks no english. My cousin ordered food March 9th around 5.45, when she got her order she wasn't sure where to get her drink.,the guy at pickup very reluctantly said 'over there ' my cousin replied where because I'm not from here. The teenaged guy then started to loudly disrespect my cousin and just wouldn't stop, then the rest of the teenaged staff was laughing and joking about it. So we called for a manager who clearly couldn't resolve anything because her understanding of English was not there, my cousin just said take your food back and I want my money. Nothing got resolved because of the lack of management skills..these employees need to be replaced it's a disgrace to the franchise to have teenaged employees who have no training and respect for the public..

Ordered a shamrock shake since the Atlantic Ave Oceanside McDonald's by my overnight shift job lied and said they don't serve shamrock shake til 11a.m. and then changed their story to the machine is broken just to have this one make me wait about 20mins to have to ask where my shamrock shake order #875 was, to be told they're making it, to wait another 10mins to be told their machine is broken and don't know how to refund my card paid order and offered a substitute drink of a mango smoothie. Just a very upsetting McDonald's morning.
