Left off items from our food order. Then brought it out cold. No one checks on you. They make you tip before you are served your cold food. Go to Dunkin instead

If you want to kill a lot of time for expensive, subpar food, this is the place for you. Like most of the reviews here, I ordered nachos that took about 20 minutes to come out. I understand that the food’s made to order, but… it shouldn’t take 20 minutes to put shredded cheese on chips and pop it in the oven. I would understand more if I ordered steak or something. But come on, I feel like this should’ve been out way faster. There was also this poor lady behind us who was basically begging the staff for her turkey burger which she was waiting for a loooong time for. I’m pretty sure she almost missed boarding for her flight.Anyways, shoutout to the bartender (I didn’t get his name.) but he was definitely accommodating and trying his best.

It was absolutely horrible, the price was absolutely ridiculous. We paid $98 for a Caesar salad, which didn't taste like Caesar, the chicken was the driest piece of chicken I've ever had in my life. A glass of wine, and my husband had the Parmesan chicken sandwich, which there really was barely any sauce, and the chicken was dry. We paid $98. He had a sprite. Although we got our food right off, my sister and her husband waited for a half an hour more, for a child's grilled cheese sandwich, and a Reuben sandwich. And both of them were horrible. How can anybody screw up a grilled cheese sandwich, is beyond me

Its fine. If you want food. You will get it. It will be tolerable. And nothing more.

Salmon dish came out better than expected! Asparagus was good too even if a bit heavier on the oil. Was looking around for a healthier sit down meal in Terminal 5 and glad I gave this a try, would definitely get it againOrdered via QR code at around 12:30pm, food came out in ~30min - make sure to ask for water when you get your food ?

Zero service, simple in a full hour, after having requested service 3 times. The waiter did not serve me

This restaurant has a QR based ordering service, and no human manager. They take your money for food they don’t have, then don’t deliver it of course. Then they have no way to refund your money and no way to contact someone who can. It’s a scam. Go anywhere else. Anywhere at all, unless you enjoy throwing your money away.

This was the absolute worst and dining experience ever. The food and drinks were horrible. Tule of thumb: any restaurant that makes you pay and tip before you have eaten… DONT DO IT. This place is a scam. Overpriced subpar food and service. Still in shock this place exists.

Ordered a Boulevardier during a layover which took about 20 minutes, didn’t have any garnish and was clearly shaken with ice and not strained as it was swimming with ice shards. Don’t expect much out of an airport bar but for $19 I would call it pretty low value.

I have low expectations for airport restaurants, but this place somehow managed to crash through that seemingly impenetrable floor with ease. Worst Rueben of my life, and I once suffered badly from food poisoning from one. To order, one scans a QR code for the menu and payment is online. You’re forced to decide whether to leave tip in advance. But after we ordered, it took more than 30 minutes to get our simple bar food (Rueben, grilled cheese, and 2 quesadillas). Forgot to bring the drink included in kids meal. Had to follow-up. When the orders finally came, fries were stale. Thankfully we had plenty of time before our flight. But what about people in a rush?! This is an airport for God’s sake!!! Wouldn’t come here again if it was last place to eat in Terminal 5.

Terrible service, disorganized management and improper and double billing. We had two $12 Jet Blue Food coupons which this establishment has, I'm sure, seen before as they are exactly opposite a Jet Blue Gate and these certificates are given for delayed flights. We presented the coupons and not one person knew how to use it with their "computerized system." Nevertheless, i was told my coupon was accepted and charged $5 for the excess charge.Despite a manager's "help," my wife's coupon was never successfully applied. Moreover, not only did I NOT get my change for the $5 payment, despite repeated requests no receipts were given. We left when our delayed flight was called for boarding.Upon returning home, my CC bill showed that neither coupon was honored, or even my $5 payment AND I was charged full price for both meals.I would NEVER us this disorganized place where no one knew how to properly operate their own billing system.
