Best Pupusas I ve had so far but the wait is ridiculously long. I do understand that good food take time to cook but 45 mins for pupusas is a lot. I called in my order to avoid a long wait but that didn't help. There's no parking so I had to illegally park for a couple minutes so waiting 25 mins after their quoted time is too much.

This place makes the absolutely best pupusas and tamales in Queens. I've been enjoying pupusas tamales for nearly 30 years since I was very young. I have traveled as far as Brooklyn and even Westchester just to buy the best. Since I discover this place there is no need to drive that far for the best. I've tried most of them in Jamaica and this is definitely the best. Amazing Cortido and tomato sauce as well. Love their beef soups also. Great prices.

The food was good but very unorganized. They didn't label any of the Pupusas. Some of us have allergies to certain ingredients and it was unclear which Pupusas were which. Very disappointing! Didn't get to enjoy our food as much as we wanted to. Label it next time!
I've been to the restaurant a few times now and they never disappoint! The pupusas are always fresh and delicious. I also ordered the carne asada meal and the steak was seasoned perfectly! Recently I ordered more from uber eats, and they have never made an error with an order.

Seriously annoyed with this place, I placed a big order over the phone for pick up, I arrive at the place, only to see a big sign at the register that reads "cash only" I ask the lady so you guys don't take credit card?? She said "no" I expressed to her that it would have been nice if she would had mention that over the phone especially because I'm a new customer and had no idea . She stood quiet I didnt get so much as an apology , I walk over to their Atm, guess what? Out of service, .. Now I gotta walk across to McDonald's to use their Atm in the rain.... I never got an apology, they didnt even look like they felt bad. First and only time ill be ordering from here. Pupusas weren't even that great anyway spot out in flushing where they are much cheaper delicious and bigger. Drive is out of way, but ill take the srive next time.
