visited on 4/11/21 Had a Groupon for this place it look like a hole in wall & don't remember it saying 25 off of 50 purchase but was told so by server.l proceeded to order 50 worth of food. There is slight wait on food 20 min. The whiting fish was good also red velvet cake. The wings were slightly under cooked and the Grilled Talapia was dry. The potatoe salad was so/so...

I would give zero stars if I could. I ordered chilli cheese fries, ten lemon pepper wings and two Arnold Palmers(half and half). I waited two and a half hours and received 7 wings with no sauce, some cold fries with cheese(unmelted) and no drinks. When I tried to call the store, it was a cell phone which went straight to voicemail. Don't order from this place.

needs ZERO stars. Uncooked chicken, barely any fries on 3rd order (will be last order) when normaly they give you a seperate plate full of fries. Order before that (2nd order) chicken still jad feathers on it. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON NYC WILD WINGS. It cost $18 in total on ubereats to get a messed up order from them, smh.

I should have done my research before ordering from this place. I ordered two sets of wings with fries and received none of the fries. However, here's where it really got bad, there was a shrimp with the wings and I'm allergic. I couldn't even have from the wings and they wouldn't pick up my phone calls or anything. I've filed a complaint with Uber Eats because this is ridiculous. They took forever to deliver my food and I could have had an allergic reaction if I wasn't careful. This establishment should be shut down. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THEM.

Honestly deserves no stars. I ordered threw Uber eats which took 2 hours then my chicken was salty plus I was missing a wing ! It’s like they scraped it together smh DONT Order here ❗️

I would give it no stars if I could. My niece ordered from here last night. I almost fell to the floor when she showed me what was delivered. First of all she didn't even get what she ordered wings fries and lemonade she received wings Mac and cheese and ice tea. The macaroni and cheese was drenched in hot sauce along with the wings. Wait here's the worst part there was a sucked dry chicken bone. It was very horrible and when we called no one answered the phone so we had to call uber eats directly to get a refund. Just a terrible experience all around.

Order wings via seamless. I’ve been waiting two hours and still no food. I’ve called three times and during each phone call I was greeted with unprofessionalism and excuses. Granted, it is super bowl Sunday, but if the establishment cannot process orders in a timely fashion, then they should inform customers ahead of time. If I knew my food would take more than two hours a. I might not of ordered, b. I would have better managed my expectations.
