I came here this evening bought a mini Jerk chicken with cabbage . Paid $8.71 thought I could enjoy the food I bought and I found a piece of hair in my food . Don’t want to eat from them this shows carelessness . They probably don’t wear hair nets while cooking the food .

This has been the only place I go to for a curry chicken patty for the past few years but today they can you change for the recipe and it’s a huge downgrade. The texture is similar to dog food extremely salty, not edible and I’m completely disappointed. Please go back to the original recipe. This is not it!!!!

For the first time I can remember in over 15 years, the curry chicken patty looks and tastes different. The color changed and the chicken is dry. This is never usually the case. It is my favorite thing on the menu and whoever made it today did a terrible job. Y’all are buggin’ out. Please fix this ASAP.

Always tasty. Love the bake goods. We ordered a few Xmas cakes and they were so moist and tasty.

Food prices are outrageous. No matter what you order the price will be 18.00 dollars 6 pieces of whiting 17.78, small oxtail 18.00 dollars. Given bones with pan full of rice. Please avoid this place. The service and food has declined.

This food use to be great but tonight I was disappointed. Overpriced and the oxtails were not tender or a decent portion for $18.00 small. I love the baked chicken but it didn't look appetizing at all tonight. You gotta ask for a utensil they should ask u since it's law. Pay for gravy like they giving a cup the attitude horrible of the all them girl

I love this place, their food is always great but they are pricey. If you get an oxtail meal don’t expect to get a lot of it lol.

Ob's food is always the best, I have been going to OB,S since I was a kid way before they started doing food, remember the twins ladies can't remember there names, but whenever I came in they knew my name and always greeting me with a smile the beef patty and coco bread is amazing I wash under 10, now I'm in my 50's whenever I come back to NYC that's the first place I hit REAL HOME FOOD

I have been a loyal customer of this establishment, since they were solely a bakery. I went a couple of days ago to get a large oxtail dinner. The staff had the worst attitude, which I'm not used to. When I placed my order, the employee went to the back to fix my plate. I thought nothing of it. It gets worse,I said I wanted gravy,I was told it was on the rice. When I get home which is just across the street, my oxtail was tough as diamond dust,my rice dry as a hot Jamaica day,and my cabbage raw as cole slaw. I called multiple times and noone answered,I threw away $22.00. Lesson learned Obs lacks consistency, and I would rather get my food from The Door.
