The staff is rude, unprofessional, and needs to close this location down!!! The worst service I've ever experienced in my life... Ordered my food, never received it, then told they don't deliver in my area after waiting 40 mins saying the food was on it's way... To add insult to injury they told me I ordered from the wrong location but when you put your address in, the store automatically populates... Now I have run in circles to get my $26.45 back, because they were too lazy to cancel the order so I can receive my refund... I will never order or recommend Poppa John's to anyone due to the garbage they have running their location!!!!

The store waited 1hr to call me and notify my that they can't deliver to me. The staff called my phone 4x with threats and refused my money back. Upon calling the store and threatening them with corporate he changed his tone and stated the order was canceled, but says it was delivered. This place is a sham!!!!!!

I came to this location and was told I could not order a 8 inch pizza . I placed a order for a 10 inch pizza and request one pack of chilli pepper flakes ,first the guy said he didn’t have , after asking again he said it cost a dollar. Lastly I ask for napkins with my pizza and he said he did not have any. This is the worst location I have visit. The customer service is horrible and they don’t seem to care . This location needs to go out of business immediately.

Much to my surprise the pizza was delicious!My overall experience was ok. That said I walked in to order take out and I was greeted by an employee who was on a cell phone and ignored me for several minutes. When he finally came by to take my order he told me that they didn't have the special that they advertised via a flyer that came to my mailbox (1 mile away).Nevertheless I ordered what I wanted and waited. Not sure exactly when my pizza was ready because he never took my name and communication was not good. But I got home and the pizza was very good.I'll go back again!

I order my pizza for delivery, I waited 40 mins, and then the app gave me a notification saying that the pizza had been delivered, I never got my pizzas, I called the store and they said that could not reach me even though they never called me and that they are about to close and that I had to come pick up my pizza, so I told them to cancel the order, I saw that I didn’t have my money back I had to call customer service 3 times and the issues is still on going never order here this has put me off papa Johns for a while
