Great vibes and super welcoming service. The food was fresh and delicious. Will easily recommend this restaurant to my friends. Fair prices and big meals. Keep it up.

I ordered 2 chicken over rice for a pick up to which the guy asked me to come after 15 mins. I got there after 25 mins and he said its gonna take another 30 mins. We got into a 20 sec arguement when he responded that he is working alone and is behind because he is sick. i was left confused so I asked him "Wait, did u just say your sick?" to which he responded "Everybody is sick right now" but I insisted he answer my question. And he admitted he is sick. We have this CORONA VIRUS Pandemic right now and this guy is Sick and preparing peoples food. Crazy! Irresponsible! Unprofessional! Even though the food is good I am not going back!

Delicious!!! Just stopped here randomly, I got chicken lamb over rice. Everything was seasoned perfectly. The lamb was crispy yet meaty and juicy, the chicken was juicy as well. I'll be back!

Very rude operators. Does not listen, and seems unsanitary. Cleaning their cart with the same glove hand that they're serving food. The chicken seemed to have loads of food coloring to give the allusion of flavor, because it was extremely bland. Would avoid this place.

I usually do not write posts like this but i was so annoyed and upset at his attitude. I parked my car in an area where any person can street park. I had a meeting to go to right at the corner of this street. I come back out to see that this man who runs this halal cart was throwing out dirty liquid right onto my car. I understand that he may had to throw out the liquid somewhere but there was literally a bush where he could have disposed the liquid and there was a garbage can also not too far away. He said it's just water, but the liquid was coming out of a large soda can. He continued to claim that it's just a bit of water and that it'll just wash off eventually but the color of the liquid did not look like just water and the least he could have done was apologize.

I started going here because it was a few blocks away from home. I recently moved and I still find myself going back to this halal cart! My go to halal cart. Great food.

I finally found it. A halal food cart worth going to around this area. If you aren't in Manhattan this is the place for your halal food fix. Awesome food. Amazing portions. Tasted fresh and delicious

Some coworkers and I made a stop here for lunch on a day we didn't mind going for a walk. There wasn't a line just yet and 3 out of 4 of us ordered similar dishes. We're not quite sure if the cook wasn't listening or if he was confused, but we had to repeat orders a few times. In his attempt to speed things up, our orders took a little longer than expected. He collected everyone's money, but lost track of who needed how much change. Things went well for me, but not so much for the rest of my colleagues. Help the guy in the cart and yourself out - bring exact change. And be sure they are putting the right sauces on the right meals. Outside of that, I enjoyed my meal and was satisfied with the price I paid. Serving sizes are generous. Meals are $5 or $6 and an extra buck for a drink. I'd go back and try it again.

This is a NYC neighborhood food cart. From the get-go, you can't expect seating, pleasantries or other accoutrements typical of sit down or even brick-and-mortar to-go offerings. But you will find quality and quantity in droves at this cart. The owner is quiet, knowledgeable and all smiles. He works fast and cleanly, and listens to your requests in a direct and concise manner - efficiency in its finest form to be sure. The food, however, shines brighter than their LED signs. For $4 you can get warm lamb/chicken over seasoned rice, paired with a fresh simple salad. It's cheap, it's filling and it's fresh. Alongside other quality options, the food here truly shines. To package away this review, all you have to know is that this little blue food cart is good eats, good people and a good choice for any time of day.

Amazing food Amazing guy And omg this truck made me love lamb over rice I have hated lamb over rice since the first time I ate it but after eating here. I love it and don't forget the chicken over rice amazing. I can eat here everyday with no problem The food is filled with so much flavor and you have to try their homemade green sause not just that they make their own hot sause too It only cost 7 dollars but it's soooooo worth the price

I always get my halal combo over rice from here, great portion that can fill you up and the chicken/lamb with rice has a very great flavor, especially for the cost of $4 makes it much more amazing. Very friendly guy that works there as well. It's a gem in the Woodhaven area
