Poor service , there was only two person working and it was very crowded during lunch , I saw a lot of people refunding their order .I just order a regular coffee know it will be easy to pour , the cashier could have do it himself to help the barista but he don’t .it took me 25 minutes to get a regular coffee . A man beside me just ordered a black coffee and yet it took him more than 30 minutes . This crew should be trained how to multitask. Cashier keep taking orders but not serving the drinks . He could have help , coffeemachine is just behind him . No sense of urgency.
