The only Starbucks that I come too because they care for their customers. They give sweet drinks just like how I want it to be, my favorite drink is double chocolate chip Frappuccino and iced caramel macchiato. Very welcoming and clean store. Recommended!

Iced Lavender Matcha was brown for some reason, tasted off. Probably because the lavender element was a syrup at the bottom of the cup, even asked if it was the specific menu item I heard about. Give people chairs as well.

Today my husband and I went 20 minutes before closing, when we entered no one looked at us or asked us what we wanted to order. The girl who was at the register made a face and left. Then his partner looked at the clock and took our order and in the end it tasted horrible.

I would like to give a 5 star review to Gabriel. I come in here sometimes to get someOf my favorite drinks which are the ice Pumpkin cream chai tea latte , Ice chai tea latte or Ice Matcha tea latte. Walking into this location the staff here are very welcoming and does a great job here making my drinks.Today I came in and Gabriel let me record him make my drink. I recorded him because he does a wonderful job making the drinks & he does it the correct way. A few other stores I have been to these past few weeks can’t seem to make my drink correctly in regards to placing the sweet vanilla cold foam cream on top, they do it wrong. So today I was able to record him so I can show the other two locations that keep messing up my drinks the correct way on how to do it. I would like to thank Gabriel on always being professional when I come into the store , always putting a smile on my face & making awesome drinks. Keep up the great work Gabriel. I would definitely your work to the other location because they some need practice :)

Don’t order from this Starbucks on UberEats. They will have you wait over 20mins for your order, to then give you missing items but manage to give you the sticker on a sleeve!! Horrible service, worst Starbucks in Queens hands down!
Bad customer service, bad attitude for no reason. The lady at the front was annoyed to give me the food I paid for and didn't even care to pack my order. The store wasn't busy.

There is 2 girls.. they both wear glasses during.. one is a chinese/asian decent and has hair coloring in their hair. Everytime I personally walk in to this store which Is often both of those girls are always looking and whispering as if we are in high school still.Both of those girls have terrible attitudes and need to learn some manners or Maybe Starbucks should NOT make little girls managers.
