I ordered one of the new drinks and they gave me a some green matcha drink. I said it was wrong and they said they won’t remake it. First time buying Starbucks in months and I 100 percent regret going back. Never again

I am visiting from California and I love Starbucks; however, I witnessed a group of workers who are not working together. I walked in and ordered food and a drink. I approached the counter after waiting over 15 minutes for the drink, by that time my food order was cold. The workers did not address the fact that I waited that long for the drink and proceeded to blame each other. Needless to say “I requested my money back” and left. I will never return to that Starbucks while I am in New York!!!!!
