All the price tags on “been there” caps were ripped off with no sign or poster what the actual price is going to be.I do understand that the price may have changed, however, this is not the way to conduct business.

Do not order here unless you have a minimum of 30 minutes to lose.Cashier continuously rings up customers regardless of building drink and food queue, one worker making drinks, none working on food orders. 15 minutes after I placed my order, 3 workers came out from the backroom, 1 started on drinks, 1 started on food, and 1 became another cashier! Read the room! lolDrink was finished around 20 minutes waiting (sweet cream cold brew), and they forgot the sweet cream. Then food took another additional 10 minutes because the employee making the food didn’t call out orders/names as they finished, but build a pile of completed food orders until there were about 10-12, then brought them over to the pickup and called them all out at once.Everyone moved with no purpose, at a snails pace and there seemed to be no situational awareness whatsoever.Look at all of the negative reviews, they have similar complaints.

It took 16 minutes to have my drink (tall latte) ready!4 people behind the counter chatting, laughing and cleaning. That is fine except if you have a line of 25 people in a very busy airport. Unbelievable, Starbucks please train the people well.

Ahh, Starbucks. I have counted up to 56 people on line at this location. Gotta have it for their flight. Even though the prices are exorbitant, even by Starbucks, normally exorbitant prices. Service seems overwhelmed and short tempered. Me, I make my own coffee at home. Imagine that! Puts an extra $10 in my pocket per day. But I’m old schooled, I suppose. What do I know.

The worst experience in a starbucks, the horrific attitude, they made the wrong milk, they didn't want to change it, they didn't want to attend to me, they made me angry and they charged me $1 for soy milk. So BUD SERVICE AND

Everyone waited over an hour for their drink. Lots of abandoned drinks as well. Just plain chaos

The service is not optimal. I ordered a coffee through the mobile application and it took more than an hour and I never received my order.

The lady with short hair at the register was rude not only to me and Also to Family members to the customers around us. Service was worst experience not there, just rude and disrespectful. I waited 10 minutes for someone to take my order, I spoke with the management and like she didn’t care, she didn’t even handle the situation or apologize.

The girls working behind the counter were doing amazing today! They were swamped busy between mobile and in store orders - we’re talking waiting in line for 20 min+ and a 25 min wait for food. I witnessed multiple angry customers. Despite these circumstances, I never saw any of the staff lose their cool. They remained calm, polite, and on top of their game. It was incredible and no easy feat for the average Joe but they were pulling it off! Thank you ladies for everything you do!
