First time using the Subway app and ordered from this location. I asked for extra green peppers and it was standard if not less on the sandwich. I asked for one sandwich to be cut into 3 pieces and they didn't. That's the point of the add note section to add a note.

I’m giving this store one star I wish I gave the non because they’re so unprofessional everytime I order food from them it’s always a problem. I ordered from door far and 9:30 and appetite someone else took my sandwhich so the lady at the counter wouldn’t remake the sandwhich and give it to the driver. So door dash assigned me a new driver and this driver was trying to get the lady to remake the sandwich because again I didn’t get my food. It’s only problem that they just allowed anyone to get my sandwhich if they even did take my food because after the second driver kept pleading for her to make the food she kept saying they were about to close meanwhile they close at 10:30 it’s 9:38 at this point. She proceeded to kicked him out and lock the doors on him. Im going there personally to report the worker. This is the third time I order from this way’s around 8:30-9:30 and somehow my order either gets cancelled and or changed.

Come here multiple times a week and honestly I’ve had a great experience every time. The staff is great, always greeted me nicely, and very friendly. Don’t let the negative reviews distract you, these people are great and they deserve a lot more respect. Besides that they are very attentive and I’ve never gotten anything other than exactly what I ordered. Highly recommend.
The lady there is slow and not to nice when under pressure. They need two people during lunch hours. After all is well and done I have to rush back to work. Please get her some help…

I went to the store and placed my order online. The lady came in was making the sub. She gave me one scoop of meat for a FL sub and when I asked her, she replied that i get only one scoop if use coupon! Like wth! She started being rude when i was trying to get what I deserve. She didn’t even cook the chicken properly. That’s completely ridiculous behavior from a server in a restaurant like subway. She hadn’t have her name plate on. Literally 0/10 service. Never going back to that store again. She should be fired with immediate effect.
